Peak rate of $6,240/night applies at Christmas (19 Dec–4 Jan) and Easter. 3-night minimum stay; 5–6 nights during peak periods.
Exclusive use property — the full house is yours for your stay. 3-night minimum (year-round); 5–6 nights at Christmas and Easter. 50% deposit secures dates, balance due 30 days before arrival. Well-behaved, non-shedding dogs welcome inside. Horses may be grazed on the property. Families with infants welcome - portacots available.
