Refund Policy Surf the Elements Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip, in which case full payment will be refunded to the customer. We will not cancel any tour due to rain. We will cancel a tour if the weather or surf conditions are unsafe. Otherwise payments will be refunded on the following basis: If more than 48 hours notice is given, 90% refund / If less than 48 hours notice is given any refund will be at our discretion.
We take all the hassle out of going for a hike! We arrange the transport, plan the route and make sure you not going to get lost. Our tours are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Tours include return transport from Auckland city centre, a visit to Arataki Visitor Centre and a guided walk of between 3 and 5 hours.
Our knowledgeable and experienced guides provide you with interesting information about the flora and fauna as you walk. All our guides have First Aid certificates and carry emergency first aid kits at all times.
