Our tours involve walking up hills, climbing over boulders, ascending 5 flights of stairs, and wading through a shallow stream, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. This tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Declined Participation: We do not offer refunds if participants are declined from the tour due to safety concerns (e.g. medical, mobility issues, or age). Please refer to our Safety Policy for details. If unsure, feel free to email us in advance.
Cancellations for "Off the Beaten Track" Tours (24+ Hours' Notice): Cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll refund your full payment. Please contact us as soon as possible. Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, no refund will be issued. We reserve your spot, and someone else may have missed the opportunity.
