Our tours involve walking up hills, climbing over boulders, and wading through a shallow stream, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required. Please note this tour is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Occasionally (e.g. due to flooding) we are forced to close the caves. If that occurs a full refund will be given. If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible as we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately if you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour we cannot offer a refund.
