Our cancellation policy is as follows: • Within 24 hours of tour date - 25% refund • Within 7 Days prior to tour date - 50% refund • 8 Days or more prior to tour date - 100% refund • Flights are weather dependent and subject to the pilots discretion. In the event of cancellation due to weather, we endeavor to work with other tourism activity providers to swap dates or arrange an alternative trip.
