Pricing based on a per person rate of $1,600 in a Squirrel Helicopter on a Shared With Others Basis (Private Option Available from $6,500) With our Share With Others flights the schedule requires some flexibility with minimum number requirements on the day. We also offer this experience in our B4 Eurocopter on a Private Only basis for $7,850.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Within 24 hours of tour date - 25% refund Within 7 Days prior to tour date - 50% refund 8 Days or more prior to tour date - 100% refund Flights are weather dependent and subject to the pilots discretion. In the event of cancellation due to weather, we endeavour to work with other tourism activity providers to swap dates or arrange an alternative trip. If all this fails there will be a 100% refund at point of sale.
Lifting off from Queenstown, the Milford Sound and the Glaciers excursion takes you on a heli journey over the rugged Otago high-country and into the Southern Alps where the landscape changes dramatically. Witness huge U-shaped valleys carved by glaciers millions of years ago, now lined with primeval native beech forests and crystal clear mountain streams. High alpine lakes glisten as you soar past, towards Milford Sound where you take in the scale and beauty of the enormous sea cliffs and the many waterfalls that pour out from the valleys. On the return leg to Queenstown, we will land in a stunning location high in the mountains where you have the opportunity to breath in the freshest alpine air and take in the stunning 360 degree views.
