Bond - Please note that a bond is required which is equal to 1 nights accommodation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This bond will be refunded once a full property exit check has been done and upon confirmation that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damages to the property.

For bookings made more than 45 days in advance a 25% deposit of the total amount due and a signed copy of these terms and conditions are required to confirm your reservation. The 25% deposit is non refundable. The final balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled applies if you cancel 45 days or less prior to your arrival.
