Bond - Please note that a bond is required which is equal to 1 nights accommodation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This bond will be refunded once a full property exit check has been done and upon confirmation that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damages to the property. Minimum stay - 5 nights - from the 20th of December through to the 5th of January.

For bookings made more than 45 days in advance a 25% deposit of the total amount due and a signed copy of these terms and conditions are required to confirm your reservation. The 25% deposit is non refundable. The final balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. A 100% cancellation fee for every room night cancelled applies if you cancel 45 days or less prior to your arrival.
