As these are private tours, charges are applied per vehicle - not per person. The person rates shown are based on between 1 & 10 people sharing the vehicle.
If you are visiting Napier by Cruise ship and the ship fails to enter the Port of Napier, any pre-paid funds will be returned via PayPal, less standard processing fees.
