Discover Godley Head on a full-day guided coastal walk just 30 minutes from Christchurch. After hotel pick-up, travel through Sumner for hot drinks before continuing to Taylors Mistake Beach. Follow a scenic 9 km loop past rugged cliffs, WWII gun emplacements and Scott’s Cabin, with views across Pegasus Bay, Lyttelton Harbour and the Southern Alps. Enjoy snacks and a gourmet picnic lunch while looking out for seals, dolphins and native birdlife, and learn about the history, geology and wildlife of Banks Peninsula.
