Cancellation Policy angle-down

FREE Cancellation 30 days before check-in date. Cancellation received within 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur 50% charge of the total accommodation fee. *If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent after the cancellation occurs are refunded, no matter how many nights of the original reservation.

Fernbrook House is a modern (2015) large executive style home located in a quiet subdivision nestled amongst native bush with a pond at the bottom of the property. Shops including a supermarket are located within two kilometres.

The beautiful Pukekura park, rugby park, the racecourse and the Bowl of Brooklands are all within three kilometres The centre of the city is four kilometres away and the nearest golf club is six kilometres away.
