Enjoy a premium private full-day walk at spectacular Godley Head, travelling by private vehicle with your own local guide. After hotel pick-up, travel through Sumner for hot drinks before beginning the walk at Taylors Mistake Beach. Follow a scenic coastal loop past rugged cliffs, WWII gun emplacements and Scott’s Cabin, with views across Pegasus Bay, Lyttelton Harbour and the Southern Alps. Enjoy snacks and a gourmet picnic lunch, with the pace and distance adapted to suit you. Along the way, keep an eye out for seals, dolphins and native birdlife, and hear stories of the area's volcanic landscape and history.
