A current credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation. No charge will be placed on the credit card until the reservation date. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, EFTPOS, cash and bank transfers are accepted as methods of payment. All tariffs are quoted include 15% government Goods and Service Tax.
Moon Gate Villa is a small boutique accommodation business; cancellations and reductions affect us greatly. Cancellations within the 7 day of your check-in date will incur a 30% fee; and within 3 days or less, 100% of the total fee. Naturally we will try and re-book your reservation and if successful will waive cancellation fees. We encourage guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in itinerary.
