A deposit of $100.00 per adult is required within 7 days of confirmation with the balance payable one month prior to your arrival in Hawke’s Bay. If cancelled between 14-30 days prior to departure, tour costs credit can be applied to any future bookings minus the $100pp deposit. No cancellations 14 days or less prior to departure. For all cancellations due to Covid, we will transfer 100% of the tour costs paid to any future tour or you can choose a refund.
