Individual bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date are liable to pay the full fee of the accommodation booked.
Live in nature in our owner-built eco-friendly wooden lodge and cabins in peaceful and natural gardens of subtropicals, native forest and woodland. Walk to rooms and facilities on natural paths and wooden stairs amongst trees and birds. Watch the sun set on the harbour from our nature trail. Our lodge is highly rated by BBH world travellers. Bike tourists, single travellers, couples and groups stop at The Tree House on their way to Waipoua Kauri forest or Cape Reinga, via Hokianga Harbour vehicle ferry and Kohukohu. The Tree House is an ideal base for day trips to kauri forests and beaches, heritage sites, galleries and cafes. Campground available for tents only. Parking area can accommodate small to medium campers with one powered site.
