Can't make your booking we will send your experience to you If Covid or a personal disaster stops you from coming to us, we will send the tea experience to you We will lovingly package your tea pack (of the same value) complete with fresh lavender, and guidance on how to best enjoy at home. Even a level 4 will still see your teas delivered to your door.
We understand two things 1: that life doesn't always run smoothly 2: that tea can assist with most things. That is why we offer our "tea to you" policy If you can't make your booking, in lieu of refunds, we send you a tea pack of the same value to each of your group. It is our way of ensuring you receive the comfort and care of tea while allowing us to still share the Timmy Smith experience with you.
Nestled in the heart of Oneroa Village, Waiheke Island, (2minute drive from the ferry) Timmy Smith is a heartwarming haven that has been beautifully designed to take in the surrounding sea views.
Our Tea Experience will see you learn tips and tricks about tea, create organic botanical blends and taste our refreshing range of crafted sparkling teas. It is an invitation to remove your rush and indulge your senses.
Our experienced team will guide you through your tea journey and help you gain new knowledge, skills, and taste experiences. Suitable for all ages 7 and up this activity can be enjoyed as a group (up to 6 per session) or individually.
