Rates are for 1-2 guests. An additional charge of NZ$35 per night applies for additional guests.
Please note our check in time is 2pm - 6pm. Check in outside these hours by prior arrangement only. Please give us a call if you need to arrange a later check in time. At All Times: Guests who do not cancel their booking, but do not arrive, will be charged 100% of total booking cost. Children are welcome but booking can only be made by persons 20 years and over.
Cancellation Policies for Direct Bookings - 1 May - 30 September Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation Policy For Periods of Peak Demand: i.e. bookings between 1 October & 3 April, Easter, Whitianga Scallop Festival Sept & Labour Weekend. Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings: (3+ units) Cancellation within 2 months of arrival incurs 100% forfeit.
