Kayak trips are available all year round and are subject to weather conditions. Like all outdoor activities our trips are dictated by mother nature. Bay of Islands Kayaking reserves the right to re-schedule, change or cancel trips without notice. In saying this we endeavor to provide you with the best trip possible and to keep it within our safe operations plan. So if WE cancel your trip for any reason you will be given the option of rescheduling or be given a full refund. We understand you are on holiday, plans change, people get lost and we will help you as much as possible but also we may have turned people away because of those reserved seats and may have brought things already for the trip. For Kayak Tours and Rentals if YOU wish to cancel or reschedule your trip- More than 7 days notice will incur a 15% administration / cancellation fee. Within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Within 24 hours of day of departure you will receive NO REFUND! Also if on the day of the tour you NO SHOW or are LATE full payment will be CHARGED.
