Late check out is $30.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
We have 17 spacious ground-floor units, some with tea/coffee facilities, ensuite & free view TV. Free WIFI, BBQ, guest laundry, tour desk, off-street parking for cars & motorbikes. Walk to restaurants and shops. Kaitaia is a great base for exploring the unspoilt landscape of the Far North. Famous around the world for the trip up the 90 Mile Beach, to play on the sand dunes at Te Paki before arriving at the tip of New Zealand to see the vista of Cape Reinga. Discover Beautiful beaches at Ahipara, Karikari Peninsula and Doubtless Bay. Action-pack your day with quad bikes, sand boarding, kite surfing, horse trekking.
