$235.00 Cleaning Fee
Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
The space features two queen bedrooms, a sleek bathroom, and a cosy kitchen nook where you can start your day with a freshly brewed coffee from the drip machine or blend up your favourite morning smoothie. The lounge flows effortlessly into the dining area and out onto the balcony and backyard, where you can relax on beanbags in the sun or enjoy a leisurely BBQ under the sky. After a surf or swim, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in. The garage doubles as a fun entertainment space with ping pong and also houses a washer and dryer for added convenience. Parking is simple with a spot at the front of the house and additional street parking nearby.
