Enveloped by the stunning marble rock, abseiling down this dry canyon feels as though we are entering deeper into the heart of the earth. From the Courthouse Flat carpark, we walk through lush New Zealand native bush and over extensive karst rock formations for around 1.5 hours to the top of the canyon. Leading into the exhilarating dry canyon experience and being welcomed by the pure waters of the resurgence when exiting the narrows. If you love a good adventure without getting too wet, or keen to abseil down an incredibly unique rock formation, Dry Chasm is definitely one you'll want to experience.
