There are no cancellation fees as long as you cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior. Less than 1 hour, you will be charged the hourly rate for the vehicle you have booked. If you cancel your booking within 10 minutes of the start time, or once the booking is active, you will be charged the full booking cost.
Cityhop was founded in 2007 to provide the community access to safe, affordable and environmentally friendly cars. In 2019, Cityhop was acquired by Toyota Financial Services to support the global mobility vision. The business has transformed to widen its mobility offering with a greater focus on customer service and digital enablement. When you book a Cityhop you are charged by the hour. Need a car for the day? No problem. Our daily rate applies when you book between 6 and 24 hours. When you create your account in the app you'll be automatically placed on our Hop Starter plan, you can upgrade to Hop Regular at any time to benefit from lower hourly and daily rates for a $10 monthly fee.
