Bookings made direct with the property or on the official Colonial Manor Motel website have a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival. Any bookings cancelled within this period, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the 1st nights stay. "No Show" bookings will be charged for the total cost of the stay. Any bookings made on a discounted Non-Refundable rate will be charged for the entire cost of the stay at the time of booking. Cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
Our spacious, smoke-free rooms feature large, comfortable beds, reliable WIFI, Smart TVs with Sky’s 50+ channels, double-glazed windows and doors, and efficient air conditioning/heat pumps. 12 of our rooms include full kitchenette facilities; our two upstairs studio units offer a microwave, toaster and small fridge for your convenience. All rooms are equipped with a fridge. Guest laundry facilities include both a washer and dryer and for those who prefer a more eco-friendly option, an outdoor clothesline is located between rooms 8 and 9.
