Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
This stylish apartment features a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, a second bedroom with two singles or king, and a third double bedroom, plus a second bathroom. The large, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining, flowing into a comfortable living area with dining space and Smart TV. Step onto the balcony to enjoy ocean breezes, a book, or a chilled drink, and fire up the BBQ while watching the world go by. Guests have access to a secure underground car park, heated pool, spa, gym, sauna, and an outdoor shower. Beach towels are provided. Just across the street, enjoy a dairy, ice cream parlour, cafés, and the beach, with surf lessons, walks around Mauao, Pilot Bay picnics, and Mount Drury Park nearby.
