For visitors looking to experience a real high country farming operation, High Peak provides a destination like no other. Located in a private river valley, High Peak comprises 10,000 acres of cultivated terraces, river flats and tussock hill country. Visitors enjoy the property on an exclusive basis as personal guests of a the seventh-generation New Zealand farming family.
Activities include the homestead, garden and farm tour, hiking, mountainbiking, four-wheel-driving, lunch out at a private back-country hut, spotting game animals and native birds on the 4500-acre game estate, driving a jet boat on our private lake, clay bird shooting, rifle target shooting and more.
