If Marahau Sea Kayaks Ltd. cancels a trip due to bad weather we will give a full refund. If a customer cancels within 48 hours of the day of departure a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure or for any no-show. All other cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure incur a 10% administration fee.
Set off on your own Abel Tasman adventure with a freedom kayak rental from Mārahau. After a full briefing from one of our expert instructors, you and your paddling partner will be ready to explore the coastline safely and confidently. With double kayaks and all gear provided, you can cruise the sheltered bays, pull up at golden sand beaches, or simply drift and soak up the stunning surroundings. Choose from one to five days of paddling freedom, or enjoy a day-long adventure along the southern stretch of the park before returning to Mārahau in the afternoon. With local guidance to help you make the most of your journey, this is the perfect way to experience the Abel Tasman at your own pace.
