Cleaning and service fees
Please note that a maximum of 6 guests only are permitted to stay at this property with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Visitors are not permitted here. At times of particularly high tides (Approx 1~2 times each month), the access road will be covered with seawater for a short period of time around mid-day & mid-night. WIFI - Speed is variable & works best with a single device connected. Mobile coverage is available, but not strong at the house. A local phone is provided for free local calling.
For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
