Before we set off, it’s important to chat about the risks involved. The Ocean and the Elements: The ocean is a powerful and unpredictable force. We use local marine forecasts to decide if it’s safe to head out, but even on the best days, being on a boat means you’ll be on a moving.

Sometimes we have to cancel if we don't have enough people to run the trip or if the weather doesn't allow us to safely run the trip. We'll contact you to let you know and offer you the chance to re-book with us or get a refund. If your plans change then just let us know. We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to move or cancel your booking for a full refund.
