Great location & 40 minute drive to favourite tourist and family attractions e.g. Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Whititoa and Waihi. 10 minute drive to Whangamata with all facilities. No Smoking. No Pets. Bond of $135 Cleaning Charge of $100 or If you wish to clean and leave the house in same condition when you leave as when you arrived then Bond $135 less $40 Inspection Fee cleaning equipment provided.
If a cancellation is made within 30 days of check-in, you will lose 100% of the total booking price. A booking service charge of $75 applies to all cancellation refunds. The pending booking will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours or earlier depending on the check-in date.
