Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
The master bedroom is upstairs with its own ensuite and ocean views, providing a peaceful escape. The other two bedrooms are perfect for families, with one featuring two single beds and the other a cosy queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, and are connected to the second lounge area. This spacious lounge has a TV and fridge, ideal for entertaining by the pool (not heated), with sliding doors leading to the outdoor space. The fully fenced pool and spa, surrounded by a grassy area, offers a safe and fun play space for children.
