Bike Rental Terms and Conditions Rental Agreement: By renting a Tricycle from Ride Your Trike NZ, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you the "Renter” and Ride Your Trike NZ. Rental Eligibility: Renter or guardian must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued photo ID.
Weather - Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds) that make biking unsafe, we may allow cancellations and provide a full refund or offer to reschedule your reservation. Otherwise only full refund within 24 hours unless health related.
A variety of trikes available for rental, including the VeloPlus wheelchair bike. This is designed for transporting people who can remain seated in their own wheelchair with the wheelchair wheeled on to the platform and fastened securely with restraints without the user transferring from their wheelchair. The tilted ramp enables a safe and smooth transition for the wheelchair onto the bike platform.
