You won’t be able to find a more epic ride than this. Our most popular summer trek where you get to swim with the horses. This 1.5 hour trek will take you through the Enchanted Forest before heading through the Waimarino River where you will do multiple deep crossings, some deep enough where your horses will be swimming. There is no better way to cool down on a hot summer’s day. This trek is suitable to most abilities, from confident beginner through to experienced riders. Our base trek is at a walking pace, so will even suit first-time riders. If you are an experienced rider looking for the thrill of going at a fast-pace, make sure you book in for our ‘Need for Speed’ variation of this ride.
