Class timings: 9am - 3.30pm.
Credit - If you are unable to make a class on a booked date you can transfer to another date, or we can hold your funds in credit for a future date if notice is given 14 days prior to the class date. If 14 days notice is not given it will be deemed as a cancellation.
Come and spend the day with us, getting to grips with how we do things here on our beautiful lifestyle block, kitchen gardens and cookery school on the rugged west coast of Auckland, a 45 minute drive from central Auckland. Starting the day in the garden, learning about how we sustain our kitchen with fresh produce all year round and harvesting vegetables for the days cooking. To creating a fresh, seasonal snack and lunch menu with Mike, touching on breads, show stopping sides, flavour packed proteins, pasta and dessert. You'll leave with a full stomach and heaps of new and exciting recipes to make at home. Includes a snack, lunch, dessert and a local wine or craft beer to enjoy with lunch.
