Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.

Make use of the BBQ and enjoy fairy lights in the evening, and enjoy your holiday in style. Please note: this property would not be acceptable for young toddlers due to white furniture and nick knacks all over the home.
