See website xspot.co.nz. We offer a 7 for 5 rate from June-September. The island is much quieter at that time, but the climate is mild and it's a great time for exploring the many walking tracks and pristine beaches.
If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others. Should you choose to cancel the booking: Our standard cancellation charges apply. Cancellation ordinarily results in a cancellation charge amounting to 50.0% of the total booking charge. Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100.0% of the total booking charge.
Keep an eye out for diving dolphins, whales, schools of fish or graciously gliding gannets. Occasionally check your book is still in your lap and your drink is still at hand. Experience solitude. Apartment and attached house built in 2010 have wide views from Coromandel to the Whangarei Heads. Situated in a remote location only shared with your hosts, you will need a 4WD vehicle for access. Bring your own on the ferry or fly over and rent a vehicle at Claris Airport. Louvres cool you in summer and a wood fire/double glazing keep you warm in winter. There's an unheated pool for summer plunges. This apartment is modern, comfortable, spacious and light with spectacular views from lounge and bedroom and the rocky cliff just below.
