This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. Parking in designated areas only. House would need to be left locked and tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins. Bins must be put out on Tuesday night. Guests must be 25 or over to book and must stay at the house. You must agree to our house rules.

We will refund: 100% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date. 80% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date. 50% of funds paid* for all bookings cancelled 30 - 60 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. * less credit card fees incurred and $150 admin fee.
