Your guide, Athol, can accept cash payment for this walk, but if you'd like to pay by EFTPOS or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), you'll need to do so at the Dunedin isite Visitor Centre (50 The Octagon) sometime prior to the walk - probably the previous day, given this walk's early, 9am, start time.
Full refunds, minus any isite administration fee, are available if cancellations are made more than 24 hours prior to the walk departure time. No refunds will be given if the walk is cancelled within 24 hours of departure time or customers do not show.
Meet your guide, Athol Parks, at Vogel Street Kitchen (76 Vogel Street), in the heart of Dunedin's warehouse precinct. Athol will share the district's backstory and relate how adversity led to a revival down there. This easy, 1hour, stroll provides access to sensitively redeveloped heritage buildings and public and private spaces. Street art and great design are highlights of the walk. Treat yourself, before or after the tour, to a coffee at Vogel Street Kitchen, Heritage Coffee or The Roastery - all nearby on Vogel Street.
