Cancellation Policy: If your plans change for some reason we do understand, and ask that you advise us as soon as possible. We require 48 hours notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation MAY be made. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened then a charge of up to one night's accommodation may also be made. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in our units. For those who wish to smoke, ashtrays have been provided outside. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke to ensure no smoke enters the unit. If smoke is detected in a unit there will be a charge of up to one night's accommodation in order to return the unit to its non-smoking status.
