Drivers must meet ACE Motorsport’s applicable age, height and safety requirements and must be capable of safely operating a go-kart. All drivers must complete the required safety briefing before racing and comply with ACE Motorsport’s rules and instructions.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to ACE Motorsport’s booking terms and minimum notice requirements. Cancellations or changes outside the applicable notice period may result in the booking being forfeited. Racing may be temporarily suspended or cancelled by ACE Motorsport where weather or track conditions are considered unsafe. Where ACE Motorsport cancels racing due to unsafe conditions, customers may be offered a reschedule or credit in accordance with the applicable terms.
