In accordance with New Zealand Smoke Free requirements, smoking is not permitted. A designated smoking area is located outside the building. We are unable to accommodate pets.
As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is: 14+ days prior to “Check-in” - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted. Within 14 days of arrival - 50% refund of the total amount shall be granted. No shows and cancellations within 7 Days non-refundable.

Remuera train station is a short walk providing hassle free access to the CBD, Newmarket shopping precinct, the Museum and Domain or connect to the harbour and idyllic gulf islands. Exquisitely furnished, set amongst a well-manicured garden, Aachen house boasts a sun-soaked dining area and charming gazebo to relax and unwind in. A separate large lounge area is ideal for small conferences or business meetings.
