Please ensure you contact us the evening before sailing if you have some concerns. We handle weather cancellations on a case by case basis & often it is best to make the decision on the morning of the trip. The trip is fully refunded if we cancel for weather or for any other reason. This trip is best suited to 2 couples and a child or 2 Adults and 3 children as there are 2 double beds and 1 single. For large groups we do have another boat available. We require a deposit to secure this booking.
If the weather conditions make cruising unsafe, on the day of the trip, Abel Tasman Charters will cancel the cruise at no cost or rebook you for another day, if space is available. This is at the skipper’s discretion, and there is no charge in this situation. Cancellation by the customer or agent: Cancellation 30 days prior to the trip = 25% of total booking cost or change the booking to another day, if space is available for a 25% fee. Cancellation 7 days prior = 75% of total booking.
Join us for a scenic cruise and sleep over in the aptly named Anchorage Bay in the Abel Tasman National Park. Our comfortable catamaran Torea is available for exclusive overnight charters to Anchorage Bay. This is a fun charter and combines a cruise with the possibility of sea kayaking or walking in the Abel Tasman before dining on the back deck. Later, after dark, maybe a romantic walk along the beach to see the glow-worm cave, or just soak up the friendly Anchorage atmosphere and swap stories over a bottle of the local vintage. After a continental breakfast, you may cruise back to Stephen's Bay or have a short walk along the forest track or beach before joining our day trip. 2 x comfortable double berth and 1 single. 5.30pm to 8.30am.
