The Alpine Chalets in National Park Village offer a comfortable and affordable stay with outstanding panoramic views of Mt Ruapehu, Mt Ngauruhoe (Mt Doom) and Mt Tongariro. Located next to the stunning Tongariro National Park – a UNESCO duel world heritage site. There are 12 fully self-contained units located amongst mature native trees and bush. Each unit has a flat screen TV, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster etc and en-suite bathroom for your convenience. The Alpine Chalets is situated at the gateway to many varied outdoor activities including: the Tongariro Alpine Crossing; and canoeing in the Whanganui National Park; and world class skiing and snowboarding at Mt Ruapehu.
