We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests; however, no guarantees can be made. Failure to meet special requests will not constitute a breach of contract, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing. 6 Weeks before the booking: 0% cancellation fee 4 Weeks before the booking: 5% cancellation fee 2 Weeks before the booking: 10% cancellation fee 1 Week before the booking: 20% cancellation fee Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled visit will not be refunded.
