If you do not have a credit card, we will accept debit card, Eftpos or cash bonds where we will require a NZ$250 bond per stay to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. Visa Debit or MasterCard – PayPal will not be considered as a form of credit card. Check in would be refused without a security bond. Please be aware that full payment for your stay will be required upon your arrival. For further information on this practice, please contact the property directly.
Photographic ID is required upon check-in (a photocopy will be taken). Upon arrival at your selected property a credit card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover any incidental charges including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
