Each additional guest cost $50 , minimum stay 2 nights.
25% of your booking fee is non-refundable if days are relet deposit will be refund, if you need to cancel your reservation, 30 days notice is required. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee of two night’s accommodation.

Take a glass of your favourite drink, enjoy the rural views or the night stars, while soaking in the newly installed private hot tub on the spacious deck. Prepare your delicious meals in the fully equipped cottage kitchen or on the BBQ and admire Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island in the distance.
The interior of our fresh, European inspired cottage has exposed beams and vintage art-deco touches throughout. We have a heat pump, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and two luxurious, inviting bedrooms.
