1. A deposit of the first nights’ accommodation is taken out at time of booking. Cancellation Policy 2. If the reservation is cancelled up to 1 month prior to the arrival date a refund of 100% of the deposit taken will be made. 3. If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date a refund of 50% of the deposit will be made. 4. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival or guests do not arrive, charges equivalent to 100% of 1st night
