Room rates based on 2 people
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only. Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
General Cancellations (Exceptions below) - 48 Hours Notice. Peak Season Cancellations (20 Dec - 31 Mar) & Public Holiday Weekends - 7 Days Notice. Group Booking Cancellations: (3 or more units) - 7 Days Notice. Any cancellations within these times will be charged for any nights we are not able to on sell if we have been fully booked and turned business away. Failure to Arrive: In the event of a no show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Wake up to the sound of a Tui or Bellbird in our native bush and the smell of the sea at your doorstep. All our waterfront apartments are north facing for all day sun and are located right on the waterfront with stunning views overlooking Waikawa Bay & the Marina from every unit. Bay Vista Waterfront Motel is only 5 minutes by car (45 minute native bush walk) from Picton. We have ample off street parking for boats and it's only a short stroll to the local restaurant at the Marina, the boat launching ramps, coffee cart and playground. We are happy to welcome late arrivals off the ferry and don't forget to bring your kayak.
