If it becomes necessary to cancel your holiday, you must notify immediately in writing. Cancellation will take effect upon receipt by BFT of your written notice. An initial deposit of 30% of the total with your booking is not refundable. Cancellation fees 15 – 30 days prior to departure 50% of tour price 14 days or less prior to departure 100% of tour price. Beyond Fairway Tours require a minimum of 6 persons per tour and reserves the right to cancel a tour. In the event that a tour is cancelled by BFT, booked customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
For small groups of 6–10 people, we offer flexible, customised, and fully escorted tours. Choice of Golf and sightseeing options that cater for golfers and non-golfers alike.
Our boutique Par3, Par4, or Par5 tours included a variety of routes, attractions, golf courses, accommodation, and people that take you beyond the main tourist routes into real New Zealand.
All our tour prices include:
Airport transfers, fully escorted travel, quality accommodation with breakfast and dinners, course fees and cart hire, attractions entrance fees, greeting social, and farewell dinner.
