$650 Cleaning Fee.
Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
These homes are relaxed, comfortable, and designed for easygoing beach living. Both homes offer open-plan living that frames the sea, with sun-soaked lounges, generous kitchens, and views rolling in from every level. Each house includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with king and queen suites for the grown-ups and twin rooms for the kids. Private lifts make access easy, and every bedroom enjoys its own bathroom for added comfort. Step outside and you’re directly across from the surf, the coastal walkway, and views stretching to Mauao. Wander to cafés and local favourites, or enjoy slow mornings with coffee.
