Extra guests over 2 people = $25 per person/child.
All guests must be booked and payed for including children/infants. No guest cooking available. Check in from 4pm. Please inform us of arrival time. Check out 10am.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel reservation, deposit and payments will be refunded as follows: 30 days prior to the Check-in Date - 100% refund of all deposits or payments Less than 30 days to check-in - No refund of any deposits or payments If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
A large farmhouse in rural Hokitika. Enjoy peace and quiet in a relaxed country atmosphere. Only 10mins from the town. We run an authentic NZ farmstay where you can get up close to the animals. It is a fun and friendly eco-home. Our house is completely off-grid. All our power comes from solar panels. All our water is rainwater collected from the roof. Walk the farm and feed the animals. Kids love it. Enjoy a free homemade breakfast of fresh baking, muesli, yogurt & honey. Hokitika is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring the West Coast. All the best attractions are only a short drive away. There are many easy bush walks close to our house, the closest winds through an old goldmine.
